Director and Coach for our 4th/5th grade team.

Coach Rob started his coaching journey in 1998. He was a varsity football coach for East Catholic and Cheney Tech until 2011. During that time, he started attending basketball coaching camps and clinics all over the Northeast. He then started coaching his son’s rec team in 2010 and was asked to join Enfield Travel Basketball the following year.

in 2011, he got his CT Coaches license and started coaching AAU with the CT Knights Girls High School team and as an assistant varsity coach for the Classical Gladiators of Hartford.

Shortly thereafter, he coached for the CT Elite out of Windsor Locks and the Northstars - one of the largest and longest running AAU programs in the state. He then left the Northstars to be the Girls Director of Northeast Premier AAU.

And in 2019, he decided to start the CT ACES Family!

Coach Jo graduated from Enfield High School in 2025, where he was a 3 sport athlete, excelling in basketball, volleyball and football.

Josiah is a former CT ACES player, who is enrolled at Asnuntuck, majoring in Liberal Arts while he is working toward his CT Coaching Certification.
