Coach Rob started his coaching journey in 1998. He was a varsity assistant football coach for East Catholic and Cheney Tech until 2011. During that time, he started attending basketball coaching camps and clinics all over the Northeast. He then started coaching his son’s rec team in 2010 and was asked to join Enfield Travel Basketball the following year.

He started coaching AAU that year as an assistant with the CT Knights Girls High School team and as an assistant varsity coach for the Classical Gladiators of Hartford.

Shortly thereafter, he coached for the CT Elite out of Windsor Locks and then the Northstars - one of the largest and longest running AAU programs in the state. He thin left the Northstars to be the Girls Director of the Northeast Premier AAU program. And in 2019, he decided to start the CT ACES Family!
